1. Contracts Coordinator.
The contracts coordinator assists in organizing and overseeing administrative aspects of the project process.
-Exceptional organization and time management.
-Strong administrative skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Experience with contracts/insurance in environmental or construction based company preferred.
-Knowledge of Smartsheet a plus.
-Track lead/opportunities in Smartsheet, client follow-up, lead reporting.
-Management of lead reports, active project reports and keeping in touch with prospective clients.
-Administrative setup of projects.
-Prepare and submit proposals/contract agreements to clients and subcontractors.
-Weekly/bi-weekly meetings with PM’s to discuss job entries and active job entries.
