January 23, 2014 marks the groundbreaking of the Compass Residence Development.

Since 2007 Impact Environmental has been involved as the environmental consultants and engineers on the historic project in the Bronx.  After completing the largest private rezoning project in the area, groundbreaking is commencing on the first two buildings creating a complex of 1,300 units of affordable housing, retail spaces, parks and playgrounds.  Impact Environmental is proud to see its years of hard work and dedication be developed into a beautiful community asset.  We will continue to contribute our expertise to this project as it continues onto the next phases of development.
