(E) Designation Sites
Impact Environmental has worked towards obtaining Notices to Proceed and Notices of Satisfaction from the New York City (NYC) Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on over twenty (E) designation sites in the City of New York.
A NYC zoning map (E) designation indicates that environmental requirements pertaining to potential hazardous material contamination or noise or air quality impacts have been established for one or more tax lots in the provisions of a zoning map amendment to the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York.
