Impact Becomes a Qualified Vendor for NYC Brownfield Incentive Grant (BIG) Program

Impact Environmental has been approved to be a Qualified Vendor (QV) for the NYC Brownfield Incentive Grant Program (BIG) by the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation (OER). Impact Environmental is now listed as an Environmental Consultant and Professional Engineer. The BIG Program requires that all fundable services and activities be performed by a qualified professional who is registered as a Qualified Vendor with the BIG Program Administrator.

This program is an incentive to spur the cleanup and redevelopment of NYC Brownfields by offering grants to property owners and developers for Brownfield activities throughout the development process, from the earliest stages of information gathering through environmental investigation and cleanup work, to help reduce the cost of clean up and redevelopment of NYC Brownfields.
