Impact Environmental was founded in 1989 during the polarization of the environmental industry between consulting and contracting service industries. Establishing an environmental firm during this transitory period required the balancing of these fundamental areas to provide complete, turn-key service. Accordingly, Impact Environmental emerged from the 90s as a full service environmental firm qualified to perform a wide variety of both consulting and contracting services.
